Topics include Attitude, Change, Communication, Conflict Management, Customer Service Module, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Stress Management, Team Building, Time Management, and Values and Ethics. Course can be offered in full or in part depending on your business needs.

Introduction to Sustainability and Green Industry Training
